Reservations
All reservations must be made with our Reservation Department. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
We request that all reservations be made 24 hours in advance. All requests made within 6 hours is subject to availability.

Waiting Time

On pickups to the Airport or other locations, the first 15 minutes of waiting time is FREE. Any time after that is subject to additional fees.

On Domestic Arrivals at the Airport, the first 45 minutes are FREE, with additional fees for any time after that.

On International Arrivals the first hour is FREE, with additional fees for any time after that.
** Please keep in mind that it is our duty to monitor your flight to make necessary adjustments for delays. All waiting time starts when the flight actually lands.

Cancellations / Changes

All cancellations or changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance. If the reservation is not cancelled or changed before the 6-hour deadline, the customer is responsible for the full fare & all related charges unless otherwise specified.

Extra Charges

When we provide our service, our invoice will include the fare plus a 20% Gratuity/Service Charge. Additional charges include stops (if any) at $15 to $20 per stop, parking Charges (if any), tolls, etc. Total charges for the trip are determined at the completion of the ride. On airport arrivals passengers will assume full liability for payment of all charges, as a no-show, if they depart the airport without contacting our dispatch office.
